As your real estate agent, its my job to help maximize the potential of every showing. To accomplish that, I’ll advise you on how best to prepare your property. I’ll always be HONEST with you. Please know any suggestions or recommendations I give are for your BEST INTEREST. I’m here to do a job, and that’s to get your property sold for the BEST price in the least amount of time.

When it comes to scheduling, when I’m bringing a buyer…
I will ALWAYS do my very best to notify you as far in advance as possible, and updated within the hour of arrival.
After the showing you can always depend on me to keep you updated and give you feedback as soon as I get finished showing your property!
If another agent brings a buyer I will always do my best to accompany them, there are times however where this isn’t always possible, during those times I will still do my very best to let them know my expectations on schedules, arrival times, and feedback to still let you know each and every time we have a showing.

Having a house/property ON MARKET can be inconvenient.
As your real estate agent, I will do my very best to minimize the disruptions.
I will focus on bringing in only serious and qualified buyers, rather than those who are merely curious. This speeds up the process and increases the likelihood of a buyer seeing your property, becoming interested, and making an offer.

This is also done thru all my skills of marketing online, with great pictures, accurate information and all postings/sites available.
*This is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of listing your property. Most buyers nowadays look online way before seeing a property in person, if they like what they see they are much more likely to inquire on it, and be seriously interested before stepping foot on it!
